How do I do it?
I approach each project using my 3-Step RightProcess Methodology.

Connect me with your in-house subject matter expert(s) and in record time, I can transform their knowledge into a masterfully crafted set of process workflows and accompanying step-by-step procedures.

Alternatively, if your challenges are broader in scope whereby you are lacking in-house expertise or resources are struggling to collaborate, I can help with that too.  I am passionate about defining and documenting processes and procedures, but my profile doesn’t match what you would expect from a traditional technical writer.  I have exceptionally strong interpersonal skills which include competencies in the areas of verbal, listening, written and non-verbal communication.   I can quickly build strong relationships that ultimately make a team much greater than the sum of its parts.
Why do I do it?
I do this work because I love it.  It’s that simple.

I’ve always been passionate about the impact clearly defined process and procedures have on an organization.

I also love the variety that comes from bringing my skill set to vastly different organizations operating across many different industries.  I never get bored!

Ways to Engage
When you're ready, there are basically three different ways we can engage.  Choosing the best option really comes down to time and money.  If you're operating with a strict budget, the DYI option may be your best bet.  If you're looking for an opportunity to learn as we go, I can work with you to ensure maximum knowledge transfer occurs so you are are positioned to independently sustain our efforts long after our time together ends.  Or, you might be faced with significant resource constraints, pressing deadlines, or competing priorities.  In this case, I'm more than happy to jump in and do it all for you!
DYI
Online DIY courses are more affordable than traditional in-person classes, as they do not require a physical classroom or a live instructor.  They also offer the convenience of being accessible from anywhere with an internet connection.

If you're interested in a DYI solution, you won't be disappointed with this $49 option!

Work With You
If you want to develop processes and procedures and also what to develop your own in-house subject matter experts, I have you covered!  I'm happy to work with you (or with one of your staff members).
